Woven in Nepal from 100% Himalayan wool or  banana  fiber, the yarn for each rug is hand dyed and carded by the weavers themselves.

CHRIS BAISA is the founder and principle designer of Delinear Rugs. Based in San Francisco and established in 1996, Delinear Design was founded on the basic principles of modern design and architecture.

 With extensive experience and education in product and interior design, Chris Baisa has designed for several North American manufacturers of furniture, lighting, and rugs.

 His designs have been featured in design magazines and books such as Interior Design, Dwell, and Surface. His product designs, such as the gridloc table collection, have sold at museums and stores around the world.

2004 marks the launch of the Delinear hand-knotted rug collection. These 25 new and uncompromised designs are produce exclusively for Delinear Designs by our partners in Nepal.

  The vision of Delinear Rugs is to create the quintessential modern rug collection that is ever changing and always new. By exploring various weaving techniques, new materials, yarn dyeing and pattern usage, the collection will challenge the ancient weaving craft to create new looks and processes.
