• clearance from floor to bottom of table top is 27” -
• Clearance from floor to bottom of table top is 24.375” (26.75” for the first 7” under the table top
• this table differs from the DT-121ENS below in that you can specify one leaf, maximum. in this version the table base remains stationary while only the table top separates from the center allowing you room to place only ONE 24” leaf. this leaf stores within the body of the table top.
• leaf is for occasional use only. keeping the table extended with the lea in at all times is not recommended as this could cause the table top to sage over time (due to its weight & gravity). with custom sizes wider than 40”, the leaf cannot be self-storing.
• this table cannot be fabricated less than 40” wide because the leaf would not fit inside.

• this table differs from the DT-121E above you can specify two
leave maximum
• in this version the entire table pulls apart from the center allowing you room to place up to two 18” leaves. the leaves are NOT self-storing within the body of the table top and must be stored elsewhere.
• leaves are for occasional use only. keeping the table extended with the leaves in at all times is not recommended as this could cause the table top to sag over time (due to its weight and gravity)
• a retractable, drop down leg is necessary to support the table halves when the 96”l is opened
• tables ordered in the 96”l size will automaticalled by fabricated with this additional leg
